Roles and Permissions
Everyone in your WhiskrKit organization has one of three roles: Member, Admin or Owner. Your role decides what you can do in the dashboard. It has no effect on your apps or the SDK: surveys keep working for your users whatever roles your team has.

The roles
Section titled “The roles”Member. For everyone who works on surveys: creating them, deciding who sees them and reading the results. Members can look at app settings but can’t change them, and they don’t see API keys.
Admin. Everything a member can do, plus managing apps and API keys. Give this role to the people who set up and maintain your WhiskrKit integration.
Owner. Everything an admin can do. As organization-level features arrive, such as managing your team and billing, they will be available to owners. Every organization always has at least one owner.
If you used WhiskrKit before roles were introduced, you are an owner of your organization.
Adding people to your team
Section titled “Adding people to your team”For now, our team adds people for you. Email support@whiskrkit.eu with their email address and the role they should have. What happens next depends on whether they already use WhiskrKit:
- New to WhiskrKit: they receive an email with a sign-in link. Once they sign in with that address, they’re part of your organization.
- Already have a WhiskrKit account: they see an invitation at the top of their dashboard, with Join and Decline buttons. Joining adds your organization next to the ones they’re already in.
Invitations are valid for 14 days. If one expires, ask us to send it again.
Working in more than one organization
Section titled “Working in more than one organization”If you belong to more than one organization, the name of the current one is at the top of the sidebar, above your app. Click it to see all your organizations with your role in each, and pick the one to switch to. With six or more organizations you can search the list by name.
On your phone, open More and tap Organization.
Your role can be different in each organization.
When something isn’t available
Section titled “When something isn’t available”- If your role doesn’t allow an action, you’ll see a Not allowed page. Ask an admin or owner of your organization if you need access.
- If your account doesn’t belong to any organization yet, you’ll see a page explaining that. Ask the owner of your team’s organization to invite your email address.
